Well-maintained and modern hotel, functional rooms, bravo!
Location just off a work-out shop in an adjacent building which is very poorly equipped, shinagawa station, and the Tokyo Marriott. Nice building and rooms with 2 double beds.

Consider timing your breakfast to avoid crowds. The restaurant can get very busy during peak hours.

Laforet is located fairly close to the Shinagawa station, which offers excellent jr train communications within Tokyo and to the rest of Japan.
Use of the gym was not included in the room rate, despite gym being listed as a facility both on the hotel website and Booked.net.

This hotel was an absolute disaster. The smell in my room reminded me of wet dog, and the tub was a horror show. I almost woudl ve been pleased but was shocked that no one offered me a welcome gift to make up for these atrocious conditions. I just couldn't believe it.

The beat of the lobby and the fabulous swimming pool. I lounged in the garden and took in the serene atmosphere, a perfect escape from the city's hustle. A small downside was the lack of American TV channels, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

Great for a comfy stay
The staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet had an awesome variety, with tasty Western and Asian dishes. The only bummer was the weak Wi-Fi connection in our room, a pain at times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our cozy Beautiful King Room during our 8-night stay.
